1 Recker Farms Chuck Roast OR Arm Roast (if you want a smaller meal)
Bearded Butcher's Black Seasoning
Swanson Beef Broth
Annie Chun's Pad Thai Rice Noodles
Carrots (Optional)
Onions (Optional)
Set the Recker Farms roast in your crock pot. Add a little beef broth to the bottom of the pot. Add (a lot) of Black seasoning. Add in cut up onions and carrots. Cook on high for 6 hours.
Right before shredding the roast, cook Annie Chun's Pad Thai Rice Noodles according to the package. While the noodles are cooking put the roast in a bowl, use a hand held mixer, and shred.
Add rice noodles to your plate, and top with beef. We always add Fareway's Soy Sauce on top to give it that extra flavor.
