Like the T-Bone, this steak has a “T” shaped bone. The Porterhouse is cut from the back end of the short loin which makes the tenderloin side larger compared to the T-Bone. This craft steak can weigh 1.26-1.92 pounds. This is a 1” cut steak, and is individually packaged for your convenience.
